A blend of ocean quahog clams, green pepper, onion, bacon, garlic, parsley and mozzarella all wrapped up in a bread crumb coating. Adds menu variety; can be served as an appetizer, as a topper on a soup, entre or buffet item. Each one is a half-ounce, the perfect bite size, there are approximately 20-25 pieces per pound. Cooking Instructions

KEEP FROZEN: until ready to use . do not refreeze.
Cook to a minimum, internal temperature of 165F (74C)
DIRECTIONS: Cook from Frozen
DEEP FRY: Pre-heat fryer to 350.F. Fry for 2 . 3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Caution: Hot center.
